As resources allow, we are committed to having our medicine tested at Full Spectrum Laboratories for, not only the different levels of cannabinoids, but also to make sure that there are no harmful chemicals, pestacides, mold, mildew or other contanimants in the medicine. Knowing the different cannabinoid levels will help us direct you towards medicine that will best suit your condition and needs. We feel that testing and screening is essential to help ensure that we provide clean and consistent medication to you, which in turn helps us instruct you with proper dosage and effectiveness.

 

After attending the 6th National Medical Conference on Cannabis Therapeutics in April of 2010, we have learned that CBD cannabinoids play an even more important roll than THC for pain management. With this new information, the focus has switched to researching strains and cross breeding to increase the genetics for high CBD levels rather than high THC levels.

 

CBD's do not possess the chemical properties that have a psychoactive effect but rather have an affinity to the CB2 receptors. CB2s affect inflammation, neuropathic pain suppression, muscle spasms and are now the leading substance in cancer research.

After new strains are tested in the lab for their Cannabinoid levels, we will make healthy clones and these medicines available to you, caregivers and growers.

 

We have recently obtained seeds of new strains and strains that have tested high in CBD levels in other labs. As these are grown to maturity and are tested, we will begin to make those healthy clones available. Unlike clones that are passed from grow room to grow room and dispensary to dispensary, these will be grown from seed and will have never been exposed to grow rooms with bugs, mold, mildew or be treated with toxic pestacides or fertilizers. We are always looking for new strains from reputable seed companies so if you are aware of a strain that has proven to have high CBD's please let us know.
